Seshat is a language-learning app: you read stories you actually want to read, save the words you do not know, and the app builds lessons from them.

Email ahmedgalal11045@gmail.com for anything at all — questions, bug reports, account problems, or a request about your personal data. We aim to reply within a few days, and within one month at the latest for data-protection requests.

Reporting a problem from inside the app

If you can still open the app, reporting from there is more useful than an email: go to Profile → Data & Safety → Report a problem. That form sends the app version and platform along with your description, and lets you attach up to three screenshots, so we do not have to ask for them. Screenshots are stored privately and are only visible to the team reviewing your report.

Deleting your account

You can do this yourself from Profile → Data & Safety → Delete account. If you have already uninstalled the app, see the account deletion page.

Exporting your data

Profile → Data & Safety → Export my data gives you a complete, machine-readable copy of everything in your account.

Turning AI features off

AI features are off until you explicitly turn them on, and you can turn them off again at any time in Profile → Data & Safety → AI features. While they are off, nothing is sent to any AI provider. The privacy policy lists exactly what is sent when they are on.

Age requirement

Seshat is for people aged 13 and over. We ask for your date of birth once, when your account is created, and keep only the yes/no result of that check — never the date itself.
